SIDS e alterações climáticas : perspetivas sobre o Anel de Fogo do Pacífico

Abstract

Este artigo parte da premissa de que as alterações climáticas têm um profundo impacto na região do Anel de Fogo do Pacífico. Nesse sentido, o autor começando por analisar as diferentes características constituintes dos SIDS procura melhor compreender as dinâmicas de adaptação às alterações climáticas partilhadas pelos Estados insulares na região do Anel de Fogo do Pacífico.

This article starts from the premise that climate change has a profound impact on the Pacific Ring of Fire region. To this end, the author begins by analyzing the different constituent characteristics of SIDS in order to better understand the dynamics of adaptation to climate change shared by the island states in the Pacific Ring of Fire region.
