Abstract

Este estudo busca investigar a crescente valorização da ideia de bem-estar individual (dos colaboradores) pelas organizações, em especial após a pandemia da COVID-19 e consequentes impactos nas relações pessoais e de trabalho. Para tal, foi realizada uma busca na base de dados Scopus com o intuito de avaliar como o tema vem sendo pesquisado e se as redes sociais aparecem diretamente implicadas na relação bem-estar e organizações. Também foram analisados relatórios da Deloitte e da McKinsey sobre o tema. Espera-se que os resultados possam contribuir com os estudos sobre a temática e auxiliar organizações a entenderem os impactos das redes sociais no bem-estar

This study seeks to investigate the growing appreciation of the idea of individual well-being (of employees) by organizations, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic and consequent impacts on personal and work relationships. To this end, a search was carried out in the Scopus database to assess how the topic has been researched and whether social networks appear directly involved in the relationship between well-being and organizations. Deloitte and McKinsey reports on the subject were also 48 Redes sociais face aos desafios num mundo global analyzed. The results can contribute to studies on the subject and help organizations to understand the impacts of social networks on well-being
