dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de esta tesis, es el de realizar un análisis de los paseos marítimos como espacios privilegiados de las ciudades costeras actuales. Partiendo de esta base, ha sido recogida de forma cronológica, la transición que ha tenido lugar desde la tierra hacia el mar a lo largo de la historia, así como la relación que entre estos dos elementos se ha ido produciendo a lo largo del tiempo. De este modo, ha sido realizada una recopilación histórica desde la aparición de las primeras civilizaciones hasta la época actual, pasando por todas aquellas épocas que han marcado de forma singular el tratamiento del urbanismo portuario, como la época clásica o la época de la revolución industrial. Para terminar esta tesis, ha sido estudiado el análisis de las actuaciones de cara al futuro, basadas en las nuevas tecnologías, así como los medios para evitar los problemas que las malas actuaciones urbanísticas pueden producir. | pt_PT |
dc.description.abstract | The objective of this thesis is to conduct an analysis of promenades spaces as privileged coastal cities today. On this basis, has been collecting chronologically, the transition that has taken place since the land to the sea throughout history, as well as the relationship between these two elements has been occurring over time. Thus, a compilation has been made since the historic emergence of the first civilizations to the present time, passing through all those times that have marked so unique treatment of urban port, as the classical era or the time of the industrial revolution. To conclude this thesis has been studied an analysis of the operation of the future, based on new technologies, as well as the means to avoid the problems that poor planning actions may occur. | pt_PT |
