Sustainability and resilience / 1st International Workshop in Marketing. - Porto : Universidade Lusíada, 2022. P. --- .pt_PT
This article conceptualises online communities as a combination of elements of consumption communities and communities of practice. Following a brief literature review on community practices and communities of practice, it builds a conceptual framework that focuses simultaneously on knowledge forms and practices. The article aims to advance marketing theory by focusing on the dynamics and management of online communities. Future studies should test the applicability of the framework in an online context.pt_PT
