A reversibilidade como metodologia na reabilitação do património edificado : Quinta de Ermelo, Ancede, Baião

Abstract

A natureza desta dissertação remete para a valorização da prática de reabilitação em edifícios antigos, cuja identidade não deverá ser apagada. Em causa, está a crescente necessidade de intervir no património degradado, mas também é necessário definir metodologias de intervenção que preservem não só o mesmo património, mas a história que nele existe. Esta importância de o preservar vai muito além da função que ela terá para que o edifício persista ativo atualmente, requer soluções e intervenções inteligentes, quer do ponto de vista do recurso a técnicas adequadas para o tipo de construção, quer nos materiais a aplicar. Sabermos das exigências atuais restritas, e do respeito ao cumprimento de normas básicas de habitabilidade. A realização deste trabalho, também se depara com a reversibilidade, sem comprometer a identidade do mesmo e permitindo ao mesmo tempo, caso necessário, o seu retrocesso, de forma a que possamos voltar à forma antes da sua intervenção, neste sentido como resultados mais importantes alcançados do nosso trabalho destacamos a definição dos princípios orientadores quer ao nível da metodologia, quer do grau de intervenção para que nesse momento se possa verificar a validade do tipo de intervenção recorrendo à técnica mais adequada a fim de reabilitar os espaços com uma intenção reversível, com efeito para o turismo.

The nature of this dissertation refers to the enhancement of rehabilitation practice in old buildings, whose identity will not be erased. At issue is the growing need for intervention in the degraded heritage, but it is also necessary to define intervention methods that preserve not only the same heritage, but history that is in it. This importance of the preserve goes beyond the function it will so that the building continues currently active, requires intelligent solutions and interventions, or the use of point of view the appropriate techniques for the type of construction or the materials to be applied. We know the current restricted requirements, and respect whith the basic standards of habitability. This work also faces the reversibility without compromising the identity of the same and while allowing, if necessary, their riverse, so that we can get back into shape before their intervention in this regard as most important results We achieved our work we highlight the definition of guiding principles both in terms of methodology or the degree of intervention so that at that time you can check the validity of the type of intervention using the most appropriate technique to rehabilitate areas with a reversible intention, indeed for tourism.
