| Abstract: | Reproduzindo parcialmente um acórdão do Supremo Tribunal de Justiça em que se trata da aplicabilidade da presunção legal de existência de contrato de trabalho, o presente comentário procede à análise crítica da fundamentação da posição expressa no mesmo acórdão. Partially reproducing a judgment of the Supreme Court of Justice regarding the applicability of the legal presumption of the existence of a contract of employment, this comment examines critically the reasoning of the position expressed in the same judgment. |
