Agregação de espaços na habitação nobre : Solar e Torre da Honra de Barbosa

Abstract

O presente documento, tem como pano de fundo a residência nobre portuguesa. Procuramos assim reunir documentação que pudesse ilustrar de uma forma clara e concisa a evolução da casa burguesa em várias épocas e regiões do País. Esta dissertação de mestrado tem como tema Agregação de Espaços na Habitação Nobre. A genealogia dos edifícios em estudo, não foi levada em atenção nas análises que realizamos, apesar de indicar elementos importantes sobre a história da casa burguesa, mas são disciplinas à parte, e o nosso foco recai sobre o estudo das suas arquiteturas. Na abordagem ao património arquitetónico em causa, analisamos a sua lógica construtiva, as várias fases da sua construção, as características que diferenciam o piso térreo e o andar nobre, e a composição dos elementos geradores do espaço. Deste modo completamos o nosso estudo com textos de autor. Com o intuito de obter respostas a estes fundamentos, analisamos outras obras, utilizando sempre o método de comparação para percebermos a evolução dos espaços no decorrer do tempo. Assim poderemos intervir no caso prático com conhecimento de causa. No final adquiriu-se mais do que se esperava inicialmente, não só na evolução da tipologia da casa burguesa mas também com a prática no trabalho de campo.

Abstract: The present document has as background the Portuguese noble residence. We seek to gather information documents which could illustrate in a clear and concise manner the evolution of bourgeois home at various times and regions of the country. This dissertation is themed as Aggregation Spaces in Noble House. The genealogy of the buildings in study, was not taken into account in the analyzes we perform, although it indicate important elements about the history of the bourgeois home, and our focus is on the study of their architecture. In the approach of the concerned architectural heritage, we analyze its constructive logic, the various stages of its construction, the characteristics that differentiate the ground floor and the main floor, and the composition of the space generating elements. Thus we complete our study with author texts. In order to get answers to these fundamentals, we analyze other works, always using the comparison method to realize the evolution of spaces over time. Therefore we can step in the case study with more knowledge. At the end was acquired more than initially expected, not only in the evolution of the typology of the bourgeois home but also with the practice in the field work.
